I applaud you for that, since many don't get close to even a complete draft. But in today's publishing world, we writers are being asked for more. We have to work harder to get our writing out there. I ...I realize that I'm a straight-line writer. I start at the beginning & plow through to the end. I've learned to wait for the right word, the right sentence, the next idea, but I have a tough time building the structure or stopping for exploration, even.
